If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please follow the following instrucitons.

1. Using a good container, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.

2. Include a note stating the purchaser's name, address, e-mail address and order number if known.

If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from our website within the last 12-months, and providing we cannot repair or replace the item, they may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Please note that purchases made by cheque need 7 days to clear before we can refund
